As planned by ACECI Governing Body in its Meeting, held on the 17th of March 2010, at De Nobili College, Pune, it is decided to hold the 13th General Body Meeting at Chennai, at the Tomb of St. Thomas, the Apostle who shared the Good News with India for the first time at the cost of his life, on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of ARUCHUDAR (CEC Chennai) and on the occasion of Silver Jubilee of ACECI.

Presentation of CEC Reports by the participating CECs. As our custom is, every CEC will also
present a short exhibition of their Centre’s evangelical activities and materials used for it.

Every CEC director and 1 or 2 staff-member from every CEC in India. General body Meeting consists of informative sessions which can train and animate CEC staff in the ministry of evangelical proclamation.
Invitees from Dioceses interested to start a CEC.
Board & Lodge: free of charge.
Registration:
The ACECI Governing Body has proposed Rs. 300/- per participant as registration fee. This is to meet a part of the organizing expenses of this meeting.
Golden Jubilee of Arutchudar & Silver Jubilee of ACECI:
Jubilee Celebrations will be on the 24th February, in the evening. Most Rev. Malayappan Chinnappa SDB Archbishop of Madras-Mylapore will be the main celebrant at the Jubilee Holy Eucharist. The Other Jubilee celebration programmes will be organized by Arutchudar in collaboration with ACECI.
